1. Acceptance of Terms / 약관 동의
By accessing or using STYLE INTEL AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the service.
STYLE INTEL AI를 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다. 모든 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스를 이용하실 수 없습니다.
2. Service Description / 서비스 개요
STYLE INTEL AI provides AI-driven style analysis and digital lookbooks. This is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. No physical goods are sold.
회사는 AI 기반 스타일 분석 및 디지털 룩북을 제공하는 SaaS 플랫폼입니다. 본 서비스는 어떠한 실물 상품도 판매하지 않습니다.
3. Payments & Email Delivery / 결제 및 이메일 발송
All payments are processed securely via Polar (polar.sh). The AI report will be sent to the email address you provided during the Polar checkout process. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is accurate.
모든 결제는 Polar를 통해 처리됩니다. AI 리포트는 Polar 결제 시 입력하신 이메일 주소로 발송됩니다. 정확한 이메일 주소를 입력할 책임은 사용자에게 있으며, 오기입으로 인한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
4. User Obligations & Conduct / 사용자의 의무 및 행위 규범
You are responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload offensive, illegal, or infringing materials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.
귀하는 업로드하는 콘텐츠에 대해 책임을 집니다. 불법적이거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 자료를 업로드해서는 안 되며, 위반 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
5. Intellectual Property / 지적 재산권
All designs, algorithms, and generated digital assets are the property of STYLE INTEL AI. You are granted a limited license for personal use only.
서비스의 모든 디자인, 알고리즘 및 생성된 디지털 에셋은 회사의 자산입니다. 사용자는 이를 개인적인 용도로만 사용할 수 있는 제한적인 권한을 부여받습니다.
6. Limitation of Liability / 책임 제한
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 서비스 이용으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 간접적, 우발적 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction / 준거법 및 관할권
These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률의 적용을 받으며, 분쟁 발생 시 서울중앙지방법원을 전속 관할로 합니다.
